Pattersons-Estates effectively becomes your tenant, guaranteeing you a fixed rental income. We then take great care to select the right tenants and then manage the property throughout the full duration of the tenancy.
We’ll handle everything from all utility bills including council tax and managing tenants. We will save you valuable time so you can carry on with your busy life while still receiving a fixed income. At the end of the agreement you will take back full responsibility of your property in its original condition (minus wear & tear).
Pattersons-Estates will rent the property from you for an agreed rental price, this will be set up through a long-term lease and we will arrange a fixed period (3-5 years) that will suit both parties.
